Our Dust Collector Units

Tumblast Type Shot Blasting Machine

These machines are very popular for:-

  • Cleaning of castings and forgings.

  • Preparation of surface for bonding, electroplating and plastic deflashing.

  • Shot peening for gears and springs.

  • Removing of heat treated scales.

  • Cleaning of brake pads and and brake plates.

Pulse Jet Dust Collector Unit

Pulse jet filters are continuous self cleaning units. A high pressure blast of clean, dry compressed air is injecting into each filter element at periodic intervals. This air is stored in a reservoir called a header. Several purge pipes are attached to the header and extend into the clean air plenum above rows of filter bags or cartridges. Holes are drilled in the purge pipes directly above each of the filter elements. Several elements are cleaned by one purge pipe.

Shaker Type Dust Collector Unit

This type of dust collector is designed to provide efficient, cost-effective control of dry dust from sanding, grinding and other processes. This collector is provided with manual as well as motorized bag cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement filter cost.

Our Spare Parts

Dust Bags

Filter bags for dust collectors are typically made of various materials, such as polyester non-woven and drilled canvas. The choice of material depends on the specific application, the type of dust being collected, and the operating conditions.

Shot Blasting Blades

These blades of different specification are used in shot blasting machines and are made of wear resistant material. We are specialized in manufacturing genuine shot blasting spare parts as per our clients need.

Protective Liners

Shot blasting protective liners are components used in shot blasting machines to enhance durability, reduce wear and tear, and protect critical parts of the equipment. These liners are typically made from wear-resistant materials to withstand the abrasive impact of shot or grit during the surface preparation process.

Shot Blasting Bare wheel

Shot blasting blast wheels are critical components in shot blasting machines, playing a key role in the surface preparation process. These wheels are designed to propel abrasive media, such as steel shot or grit, at high velocity onto the surfaces of workpieces.

Different types of blast wheels are available to suit various applications. For example, there are straight blade wheels, curved blade wheels, and other designs that cater to specific surface preparation requirements.

Screw Conveyor

In shot blasting systems, a screw conveyor is commonly used as part of the material handling and abrasive recovery process. Here's how a screw conveyor is typically employed in shot blasting applications:

Abrasive Media Delivery:

  • Shot blasting machines use abrasive media (such as steel shot or grit) to clean or prepare surfaces. The screw conveyor plays a crucial role in delivering this abrasive media from a storage hopper to the blast wheel.

A bearing unit assembly is a component that includes a bearing and its housing, designed to support a rotating shaft while providing a means for its smooth and controlled movement. This assembly is widely used in various applications, from machinery and automotive systems to industrial equipment

Manganese Table Top

Manganese table top is a table or work surface used in shot blasting equipment that is made from or coated with manganese material. In shot blasting processes, manganese steel is sometimes used due to its exceptional hardness and abrasion resistance.

Guard Housing

In a shot blasting machine, the guard housing serves as a protective enclosure designed to safeguard the internal components and ensure the safety of operators and bystanders.

Manganese Steel Tiles

Manganese tiles, or manganese steel tiles, are used in shot blasting machines, particularly in areas where the equipment is exposed to high levels of abrasion and wear. Manganese steel is known for its exceptional hardness and toughness, making it a suitable material to protect the blasting chamber.

Shot Blasting Wheel Hub

In shot blasting machines, the wheel hub is a crucial component associated with the blast wheel assembly.

The wheel hub is typically made from durable and wear-resistant materials,This is important to withstand the mechanical stresses and abrasion associated with the high-speed rotation of the impeller.

Almen Strip

Almen strips are used to measure the intensity of shot peening. The process is used to enhance the fatigue strength and life of metal components, such as those found in aerospace and automotive industries.

Rubber Conveyor Belt

Conveyor belts come in various widths and lengths to accommodate different workpiece sizes and the layout of the shot blasting machine. The belts are designed to efficiently transport workpieces through the blast chamber.

Elevator Belt

In shot blasting machines, an elevator belt is a crucial component of the abrasive media handling system. The elevator belt is responsible for lifting and transporting the abrasive media, such as steel shot or grit, from the collection hopper to the top of the shot blasting machine.

Elevator belts are typically made from durable and abrasion-resistant materials to withstand the constant impact and wear caused by abrasive media.

Shot Blasting Impeller

The impeller is a crucial component made of high wear resistant material. It rotates at high speeds, generating centrifugal force. This force propels the abrasive media outwards from the blades, allowing it to impact the workpiece surfaces with sufficient energy for effective cleaning or preparation.

Shot Blasting Control Cage

The control cage is an essential component within the blast wheel assembly, and it plays a role in directing the abrasive media during the shot blasting process. The control cage is designed for controlling the blasting pattern of abrasive media.

Soundabrator Valve Assembly

In shot blasting machines, the noise level of blast wheel assembly is high during the operation. Hence to maintain the noise level this valve assembly is used.
